Auto mailer that extracts info from MySQL database

I'm needing someone to script up for me the followong application:

I wish to have implemented a script that will automatically send out on a daily basis an email to clients that have submitted an order via our website.

The email would be sent to only those that placed an order exactly 2 weeks previously (not all customers every day).

Depending on the status of the order (ordered, waiting for payment, cancelled etc) would vary the details of the email.

Would like to have customisation of the email based on variables obtained from the MySQL database records

"Hello <first_name> You placed an order with us 2 weeks ago for <product_line1> etc."

if anyone can assist with something like this or can point me in the right dorection I'd love to hear from you!
