Construction Software

There are many different types of software on the market today for what I do. None of them do what I need them to do. This is a brief idea what I would like this to be able to do.

Initial phone call from office-- adds new lead to database

Customer info is now available in a leads bin --- admin then can choose salesman for job

Each salesman will have a username and password to check their leads.

From this point you would have a choice to
make the appointment,
print an invoice (would be customizable to the salesman, no set numbers),
print a material order,
roofer payment request,
print a gutter order,
gutter pay request
repair request order,
each job will have a notes section to keep track of calls made for collections.
Each transaction will be in the system so you can keep an eye on your jobs!!

I have partial of the material order completed (it is done in PHP)

As far as the material order area, it will involve many calculations. For example I would like several empty boxes, one for field squares, one for hips, one for rakes, one for cuts, I could type each one of the answers in (I would set the formula in the admin panel) and it would spit out a total square count. In some areas the hips must go to the field count and the ridge count. The rake must go to the field count and the starter count. So you would have to figure out a way to distribute the numbers to different locations.

Several of the above areas will have math associated with them. This could be a long term project as we might distribute it to the public and will need to make routine upgrades. Please no lazy techs apply. If you need references for me paying, I can send you the info. I like wise would love to see your portfolio and what you might think this could end up costing. I realize this is a large project and not the easiest to put together.
