Convert Access data base to oracle/php

Hello,

I have a Access DB which i wan to convert to oracle(mysql)/php system.

main function:

- add item to data base with all information about it,
- be able to edit/delete modify existing item
- be able to crate reports about items ( items due calibaration, - - items overdue calibration, etc)
- be able to change status of the item (example : at the shop, - at the lab, awaiting costumer pickup)
- be able to crate item groups
- be able to crate user account(login and pass) with
access/view specific item groups.
- be able to print receipts once item is receive from costumer

If anybody is interested please let me know and i will email you the access DB i have and it will give you better idea of what i need.
