Database Engineer Gig

This is a outlien of a project our company is lookignto hire for.
We will not go above $850 as the bid price.
If you need more info ive list my containct info at the end (for this company specificly)

Celebrity Institute Project Database Outline

1. We need to modify our current purchasing system (and possibly the SQL database) so that it can take advantage of our Authorize.it AIM form and change it from a purchase by course system to a purchase by module set system.
A Set can contain any number of modules and may even have duplicate modules in several sets (i.e. all of the 3 sets may contain as a default module “9 : Link list”)
Sets will never number more then 3
Determined by the admin interface (or some other method, IE modifying simple XML files) Celebrity-Institute staff should be able to decide which package has which modules.
Number of modules per set can and will vary
Price of module sets should be set and modified by Celebrity Institute not hard-coded into the system.
Modules in a set need not be liner (i.e. 1, 2, 3, they could be 1, 2, 9 for example)
We wish to maintain our current authorization system wherein a user must pass previous modules to advance thus even if you bought 1,2,3, 6, and 7 you still need to purchase the set with mod 4 and 5 and can’t just skip ahead.
The Course administrator section will also have to be modified to reflect the new mod set system.
Our new registration form may also require modification of the existing user storage database tables to match.
Warning emails will need to be CREATED to alert the user when they are trying to access modules they haven’t purchased.
An xml document stores the course link list and quiz answers, and php is the primary content language.

2. It will not be possible for the students who have paid for and completed some modules to come back after the course has expired to continue off from where they left. They will be treated as new students

3. Payment Options: we need to add the option of paying by certified check or money order. In this case, we have to discuss how they will get a password. Will we assign a password for them?

4. When students are taking the quizzes, we need to block them from being able to look at the modules or their online notes in another window and cheating.

5. Calendar – we want the number of days remaining to show up in the cell itself instead of an onclick popup

6. Notes: It is impossible to delete old notes as it stands right now. It should be possible to delete old notes if one wants to do so.

7. Our email system is supposed to email the user and Celebrity-Institute anytime a warning or course completion notice is sent out. We don’t know if that system was implemented by our previous db admin.
