Full Time PHP 5 Developers wanted in the DC, USA area

Red Tree Systems, LLC (http://www.redtreesystems.com) seeks a full time php 5 developer. This is a perfect developers environment - no dress code, flexible hours, good pay, benefits, and your input ALWAYS counts. Also, we don't hire jerks, so that really helps. Plus you get a sweatshirt. We are looking for a seasoned developer to join our small team, who has plenty of experience with a LAMP setup. We stick to the standards, and make good use of industry proven tools such as eclipse, subversion, and phpdoc. We have a good balance of ad-hoc and process, and you're encouraged to expand on our flow.

The following are required:
-> XHTML
-> CSS
-> PHP 5 (strong OOP. seriously. STRONG OOP)
-> JavaScript
-> Linux (bsd, unix, os x, whatever)
-> SQL (stronger the better. should be able to at least join multiple tables)

The following are good to haves:
-> AJAX
-> Java
-> Perl
-> Dynamic PDF Generation
-> CMS Experience
-> C++
-> Design Patterns
-> Ruby (especially RoR)
