Help needed, reseanable price paid

Hey all, i can't believe there is no script out there for this.

I need a PHP script the will do the following:

1. On page load display windows mediaplayer, and start playing Movie,
2. get a list of movies from the Database and bring it up on the player after the first Movie is played goes to the second and so on as long as there is more in the db.
3. after all movies are played goto the first one again and start over.
4 during the playing of the current movie info is displayed on eighter on the sides of the play window.

An admin page is not needed, just the final client page.

To get an Idea of what I need take a look at www.fta-forums.com/jpuniversal in the main page News on the side I would need custom information taken from DB like Artist page, Description etc.

If anyone is willing to help for free would be great but I'm willing to pay a reasonable price...I'm not rich ;)
