Help please! :(

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help us.
We are currently have issues with our membership only torrent website.
Our issue is that we are getting a "high server load" message even though according to our "hosting company" our server load is fine.
We are looking for a coder who is willing to help!
Unfortunately our coder has deserted us and we need some help as we do not know enough about coding to fix the problem.
