This is what I’m looking for:

I want a MySQL database with the following fields:

• Principal
• Account
• Subordinate
• Count
• Date
• Time

The PHP programming I need is relatively simple (I think).

First:
Start with a “principal” which will be assigned an account number (this count be a randomly generated number).

Second:
As new member join the website they’ll also be assigned an “account” number and designated “subordinate” and assigned to the current “principal”. The date and time of their registration must be captured, automatically if possible.

Third:
Once the first “principal” “subordinate” “count” reach three then the first “subordinate” become the new “principal” (which is why it’s important to capture the date and time of registration). When his “subordinate” “count” reaches three, the second “subordinate” under the first “principal” become the “principal”.

Fourth:
This process will continue indefinitely.



NOTE: Date & Time field could be one field instead of two what’s easier for you.
