Seeking for $ - In need of site for hosting video

I am in need of a website that can pull hosted .flv files and play them in the browser. I work with a company and we want to move our training online. I would like something that works similar to youtube but no login or upload privileges will be needed. Just a simple .flv host that has a search built in so our employees can search the database for videos they need.
