Instant Messaging Interface

Need an Instant Messaging system, that Interfaces with AIM and Yahoo. MSN being wanted as well, but not as high on the list.

1. When using This new Instant Messaging program that is created by you, all Instant messages sent and received through this software which will comunicate with (MSN, AIM OR YAHOO) need to be archived in a MYSQL database.
2. The actual Messenger where the end user types messages, can either be accessed through a web page or software downloaded to their computer. Either way the data must interface with our Linux server, and process as stated in step 2.

2.a. If creating a program you download to the users desktop, the software is highly preferable to work on a Linux server...

2.b. If creating this program for a web page, the Preferable programming languages are (1) PHP or (2) Perl. Other languages may be acceptable, however not as high on the list...

3. This needs to a be a fluent Instant messenger, that is comparable in capabilities to any of the other instant messengers on the market. IE.. MSN, AIM, Yahoo.

4. All functionality built out must run on our servers locally, and can not be left to third party providers...
