Job: Code for quiz rank

Hello,
I have been working on a quiz program for several months and the only part I can not get to work is the user rank.

I need to create a list with usernames by sum of score. I have tried to write the code with help but keep getting a repeating list that is huge. If you can help within 30 days of this post please email bb@planetview.net with the cost.

I have code that works except the loop keeps repeating if that helps.
