Community Legal Aid Services, Inc. We are a non-profit organization providing free civil legal services to the poor.

Description:

This position will serve as the main developer for Pika, the PHP web-based case management system used by all legal aid programs in the state of Ohio. You will be maintaining the existing application as well as developing new functionality. You will be the owner of this project, so we need someone who can take charge and create a world-class application. The system runs on a Linux server with Apache, connecting to a separate SQL Server.

This position also includes some work as the tech manager for Community Legal Aid Services, responsible for telecom and computer services.

Requirements:

Must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with technical, professional and non-professional staff and have excellent organizational and project management skills. Must have experience with Linux, Apache, PHP, and HTML. Experience with Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server 2003, SQL Server 2000, Active Directory and IIS preferred.
