Looking for php developer(s) for online role-playing game project. (unpaid/volunteer)

Hello,
We are 3 people, sparing their free time for working on an online FRP game. Project has 1 2D graphicer, 1 php/Mysql/C coder and lastly me; 2D/3D graphicer and php/Mysql coder. Project is not intended to be commercial. Currently it is closed-alpha stage.

We need to fasten things, so we are seeking 1 more (maybe 2 if you know html and have knowledge in design) php coder/developer. If you know how online FRP/RPG games works and want to be a part of it, please either send me a forum message in here or leave an e-mail :

resx (AT) cox (DOT) net

For more info, you can ask anything you want to know. Actually, if you want to take a peek of the current development, write me your current IP adress, too. ( if not static IP, please tell that, too ) I will write below some questions, I am guessing you will ask. So, it will save me time

Q: Anyone will earn money from this project?
A: Yes and no.. None of us intent to earn directly money. Because game won't have a monthly payment from players. But donations and ads will cover the server connection and material costs. In future, if things get different, if we can call the game "complete" , then we might think of something. But for now, there is no such plan or thought.
Though, what we can earn is a good reference of the project and marketing our own skills. At the end don't forget, it is a "hobby" type project rather than a "commercial" project.

Q: In what stage is the project?
A: Account, character creation is finished. Genders, ranks, classes, message players, trading gold, character description, weapon and general skills are finished. Item system is mostly finished (including weapon, armor, shields, usable items, non-usable items, runic/relics. More item types will be done later) Durability and magic effects' base code is done, but needs a lot of improvement.
Move page is done, people can move around the current map. (150x150) A semi working map is done. Semi working because there are only grassland tiles All map tiles are drawn, but we don't have a map editor (needs help).
Guilds/Clans are basically finished. Guild towns and buildings need help.
Shops are finished. (Code also let's guilds to have shops in their towns by hiring a NPC)
Magic system is mostly finished. Training spells, exp and level system are finished, but casting might need work (we will see this in open beta stage..)
Admin base system is coded. Needs a lot of improvement and user-friendly menus for admins who don't have database access.
Fight system is basicly coded.. Very basic... Needs a huge work. Thinking of diplomacy, magic effects, weapon skills, stats etc...
There are a lot of more features which needs to be coded. So, yes we need help
