Need help! New to PHP

Hi All,

I've started a new project and I need help with creating a passgate for me website.

I'm willing to place your links, a banner,(Kudos), etc... in exchange for your help.

I would like to have a flat file system and the ability to redirect each user to a seperate page (User Page).

I also need the scripts, installation instructions, programming, Changing 'CHMOD"ing where needed, etc.
