Need PHP help on joint venture

I am a programmer, but with limited knowledge of PHP. I have a concept, with plenty of supporting code, that will almost certainly make money. You will not be dealing with some neophyte computer wannabe. I can talk apples to apples with you about the whole project.

It's not all that original, but is a copy of an idea that I've only seen used once or twice on the net.

It will involve affiliates, and other marketing concepts. This could stand to earn a nice income.

I need someone to help code this site. I'll discuss percentages of profit based on time committed, experience, etc.

I can do this myself, but don't have the time. Looking for someone trying to find that niche.
