need programmers for web-based game

The game is named The perfect criminal, and is about the world of crime. I intent to have thousands of active players, and i need a organisation team, not only to build the site, but also to help in the game maintenance when it goes online...

In the start i can't offer high rewards, but in the future i'll offer wages to the crew...

I want to discuss this briefly because I fear people may be wasting their time or barking up the wrong tree, so to speak.

In my experience, I have found that you may have a great idea but that's just not enough - it will be hard to find people that have the time and are so impressed by your idea that they will work for nothing indefinitely without any kind of defined structure or remuneration.

Creating a business plan will shed light on the exact costs, risks, and chances of success. If you are still convinced that your invention or idea is a viable business opportunity, try and secure a loan. Taking a loan makes you directly responsible for the success of the project, gives you a tangible contribution, and makes programmers take you seriously.

Remember, if someone is not willing to invest their own money or use their own credit against a loan it is unlikely that they have the interest and/or dedication to ensure the success of the venture. As a programmer, I would be hard pressed to find an argument in favor of my involvement in such a project.
