Need Virtual Team Programmer(s)!

I am looking to put together a team of reliable programmers that can work with me to provide clients with custom backends, administrations, all different types of work.

Work is considered outsourced/freelance work. You will need experience and availability via email, phone, and a form of chat (YIM, AIM, or ICQ) and be able to respond to inquiries promptly.

Experience in PHP, MySQL, and a self- starter preferred as you'll need to be able to take the reigns and go! I need YOU to tell me what's needed, required, and make suggestions. I need to be able to contact you for quotes and you will need to be able to handle a project on your own. Most of the time, you'll be given a Site Spec - you need to adhere to those specs and make decisions based on what you're given.

REQUIRED: Experience with multimedia - Audio / Video is a major plus
REQUIRED: English speaking native
REQUIRED: Experience with large scale projects, sometimes working with a small team

Also looking for experience with **FLASH / XML / PHP coding and integration**

You will most likely be in contact with the client as well, so professionalism is helpful.

My Virtual Team Members get credit for their work. I will have a web page on my site with your skills and info, and a direct contact form to your email. You'll be a REAL member of the team, not a hidden one. I do not take credit for your work.

I pay immediately when an invoice is submitted (literally) so you will always be taken care of and be respected. I'm also easy to work with and not the corporate type, so have fun... go nuts and make some money!

Please contact me with working examples, demos, live sites, whatever you have to show your experience. I don't care about resumes (although, if it's impressive, I'll take it into consideration of course) and would like to know that if I contacted a customer or associate, that you'd have a great review.

If you'd like to talk, send me your contact info and availability, along with your working hours and rates (examples of pricing structure would be helpful) and if you have any awards, etc. I'm all ears.

Good luck and thanks in advance!

Very interesting proposition. The type of working relationship I prefer actually, by the sounds of it.
If you are still seeking assistance, feel free to contact me jc@mediaphyte.com... we can discuss.

Thanks for your time.
