[PAID JOB] - PhP/MySQL Website needs finnished

Type: Contract

Scope: Commercial experience in PHPand MySQL. The contract involves finnishing a website which a previous developer abandoned. The website is 80% finnished, all that needs done is one page, a small modification to the customer information form, an Admin control panel and a customer control panel. The specifications of the website are below.

Admin Panel

Change Prices of Products
Add Products
View unpaid Orders
View paid Orders
Auto delete all orders that have been left unpaid for 1 week
Auto setup customer login info when status is set to paid
Track contracted billing
Auto send Payment notice at the end of contracted period
Auto delete customer if order status is unpaid at the end of the contracted period
Auto Send email to admins if order status is unpaid at the end of the contracted period
Add News to main page
Delete news on main page
Add new Admin user
Delete old Admin users
Add new customer
Delete Old Customers

Customer Control Panel

View Order billing Status
Pay bill
open a support ticket
change order (upgrade / downgrade)
change password
change details
make another order (20% discount added for each order after first, does not include renewing contract)

the control panel should likely have been built first on this kind of site. How can you be sure the database is working on the front end if you don't have an "add products page", "add news", "add users" etc.

there is a basic admin page but its not finnished, there is an add news, add product etc... but the full package is not there
