Seeking for $ - Paid PHP developer to work on an existing WEB Application

please explain what the project is for, what technologies are being used and what is completed/needs done. If you get more specific, even just a little, you would probably get a better response because then someone looking for the work will know if it is something they can do.

I could probably help with some/most of the work needed. I would just like to know what work is needed. I have been programming in PHP for just over 9 years and can do a lot with php.
