Paying Job - Members System

I own a popular anime website and I need to rehaul our members system completely to adapt to our size and continue in the direction that we see fit by adding some new features to enrich the community.

www.Bleach7.com is the website I am referring to and I am wanting to get a script/member system that is similar to the website www.RedVSBlue.com in the way that their community is setup. I like the journal pages, the friends system, the message system, news/comment system as well as their REP/Karma system. It'd be nice to be able to have something like this coded.

It is a paying job if the work is quality, secure and capable of handling the size of the site (which is nearly 265,000 members now.)

The script would have to be able to transfer all current members and information into the new system.

I have many other ideas of more features/scripts that will be talked about if this job and task are done to satisfaction.
