Seeking for $ - Pear Paging Job

I have a small application that I'm attempting to add paging to. I've struggled with getting the PEAR Paging Module to work and I'm growing tired of trying to find all the pieces and troubleshoot why the little errors are popping up.

I'm looking for someone to integrate a Paging system (doesn't need to be PEAR, but the DB will potentially have millions of records) into my application.

The app is very simple, just needs to page a bunch of Data.
