Permanent PHP Developer Required

Hello,
As some of you may or may not know, I am the administrator of Vexatomic Design and as version 4 comes along it has become apparent that my PHP coding skills are not up to scratch for the coding v4 . Subsequently, I am looking for a PHP coder to join the Vexatomic Design team as head coder to help code the site in PHP (with MySQL databases) and moderate the forums. Applicants must be able to create registration, login, membership scripts (with sessions) as well as handling general PHP navigation and a basic back-end CMS.

Although somewhat minimal, joining the Vexatomic Design team does entitle payment. The exact amount is available on application.

No knowledge of graphic design skills are required.
Living in Australia is a bonus but not a necessity.
Preferably a student not heavily affiliated with any other design sites.
