Seeking for $ - PHP code needed for knockout tournament

Hi

I am after someone who can do a little develop for a golf site I am working on. Basically there are 4 sections to this particular competition varying from 4 to 8 teams in each section. There are 3 rounds in each section and the 4 winners go on to play a semi final and then a final.

What I'm after is someone to code this in PHP and for the results to be inputted to a MySQL db. I'd be looking for a week turnaround on this once we agree a price I can send half the money and the other half on receipt of the working code.
