PHP coder for webmaster's role

I'm looking for someone who can be a webmaster for me on a profit sharing basis - I have set up a site from a basic script (php) but I need someone with skills on this front to implement some basic changes (that obviously fall beyond my skill set) and to then do simple webmaster duties - the site is located at www.thenewsbox.com, and has been modified/adapted from a classifieds script to accomplish my needs. The thing is, the site is lacking in a few key areas, and I require someone with php knowledge to implement these changes and to then assume a webmastering role to make sure that the tech component of the site will tick over. From my end, I have all the marketing expertise and industry connections to make the site a success.
