PHP developers required

I require 2 developers to help build a new forum for my website. You must have experience with the following:

PHP
MySQL
HTML
CSS

Javascript is also prefered, but not essential. Once complete, you will be part of the developers team and forum administrators. You will also get your own sub-domain, webspace and e-mail address, and be included in any future projects.
