I can do a bit of both of these, but not enough. I am looking for a person who would like to help me develop a real estate website (for Spain) and then I would market it locally. I need a database driven site with 3 different languages (you do not need the languages btw)an interface to my design for each property and an admin page which preferably offers the 3 languages in one form. More detail is available, but I would be very interested in hearing from anyone who has the skills and, of course, your level of fees.
