Require a Web developer to Add functionality to website

Hi we require a web developer or programmer to add the ability to upload a photo and place an order through our website. We do not require e-commerce just a method of placing an order where the customer and us are notified of the order and the user uploads their pictures at the same time. I can offer my company's services. Wide format printing on canvas of your personal pictures. Also we have a group of artists work that we also print on Canvas that we can offer. Please let me know is anyone is interested ASAP.

I don't understand what "Wide format printing on canvas of your personal pictures" means either. Wouldn't that create a bleed in the canvas from the ink?

this is off topic, but...

would depend on the ink and print media. my father, as an artist, uses a service that paints reproductions of pictures he paints so he can sell them, without selling the origional.

I am wondering how much of the site is completed already. this is whats in my mind:

do you have the design done and just need someone to add those features?

do you have an admin section done, to prevent just anyone from uploading photos, or would that need to be done as well?

also how about resizing the image and displaying them, would the images already be sized properly to fit the site, or would the upload script need to do it?

and is the site a cms? like mambo or some nuke variation...ie would someone be writing a module for the site or would it be just programmed and added/integrated by you?

ummm...last one, do you have a site we can see?
