S O S - URGENT

What i need more than anything is for someone who understands php to look at what we have and then to add the finishing touches. Missing an admin console as well. Dont need everything redone as the basics are there already.
At the same time I gotta be prudent abt the whole thing so cant just give away specific info as some of the info is sensitive.
