*Seeking Web Developers/Programmers*

ItBook LLC is a maverick startup company whose goal is to revolutionize interaction in the Performing Arts industries through innovative web-based services. The company founders are looking to bring in a partner who is an experienced Web Programmer/Developer. The Programmer will work with the executive team that designed the services and build the product and company together. We need someone with skills, passion, and the guts to take a risk on a new company and be at the forefront of business on the web.
Briefly, creation of the product will involve a website, dynamic web applications, interactive services, and databases as well as customizing open source tools.

Programming Language Requirements:
PHP, SQL, HTML (or equivalent languages)
Bonus points for experience with:
Flash, AJAX, DHTML

Compensation:
Partnership and profit-share or deferred payment
