Urgent Requirement For A Good PHP Programmer.

Hello,
I need a good php programmer for programming a script i require urgently. It is a fairly simple script which needs to coded from scratch.

I have attempted to contact Matt for the project but other Good Programmers are more than welcome.

I will not be posting the detail here.

The basis of the script will be similar to Matt's counter script found at

apart from the fact that it needs to be more secure and a little more complex.
