Hello,

My site, VirtuCritters, is currently looking for talented php programmers to program A VIRTUAL PET SITE. For one, not 1 person will be programming the whole site. Hopefully I can gather a GROUP of programmers that can work together to program this petsite.

I am currently hosted by a friend so the URL is neodb.sparkbomb.com, BUT I know a guy that can get us a url masked domain... hopefully somebody will be kind enough in the future to give us free, paid hosting.

Virtual Pet Sites are getting increasingly popular and big virtual pet sites like Neopets have over 100 million users.

Please post if you want to help out. We are also looking for artists/drawers. But I am mainly looking for some php programmers.

Hi,

can you epxlain these things:

1) technical nature of work....like forums, pet images etc...

2) amount of work needed in terms of hours

3) wat would anybody gain by hosting the site ?

1) Well, I am currently looking for people to program. This includes the programming of inventory systems, points systems, shop systems, and everything else. Heh.

2) A couple of hours a day would be nice. 2-3 hrs, get a few things done at least - no rush though, cause development of a game isn't easy and it isn't done overnight

3) Err, don't worry about hosting for now.
