Word gatherer+ ---> TxT

I'm looking for someone to lead me/ create me a script that will =

1) Get ALL the words on a site.
2) Put all those words into a list (Into a .txt)
3) Delete all repeating words (Leave just one)
4) Upload so they can download/or just view on site.

If it is a SMALL price, I can pay. If it isn't a small price I can't.
