American Real Estate sells Nevada gaming business for $1.3 bln (Reuters)

Reuters - American Real Estate Partners L.P. ,
which is run by investor Carl Icahn, said it will sell its
Nevada gaming operations to a unit of Whitehall Street Real
Estate Funds for about $1.3 Billion.
