SEC says settlement reached with ex-Tyco executive (Reuters)

Reuters - A former Tyco International Ltd.
executive has agreed to settle civil charges he helped
inflate the company's profits through sham transactions, the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Monday.
