Warner may offer extra $197 mln for EMI: paper (Reuters)

Reuters - Warner Music Group Corp will
offer British takeover target EMI Group up to 100
million pounds ($197 million) to try to stop it accepting a
private equity deal, the Sunday Times newspaper said.
