RE: Browser information and Screen resolution
I'm not suggesting that anyone change the screen resolution.

I suggest changing the window size instead of being concerned about screen resolution or page size. There really shouldn't be any need to change the code of the page based on screen resolution. If one uses standard resizeable text and graphics the user will have already adjusted the resolution to their preferred setting. The only issue would be that some of your page may not be shown if the window is too small.
