cant click links

i have created a website in dreamweaver and when i put it live on the internet i go to the page, my navigation are text links like all my other ones. I hover my mouse over a link and it wont click meaning it doesnt display the hand instead of the arrow. If i click it nothing happens as if the text link was not there can anyone tell me why?

My visitors have told me they can click the links.

Anyone have any suggestions?

RE: cant click links

So your visitors can see and click the links, but you can't? Do you see the links as they should appear, but can't click on them, or do they appear as plain text to you?

RE: cant click links

i know everyone else can but not me ive used the html validator at:
http://validator.w3c.org to check the page and it only says 38 errors which involve me not putting the alt tag within my <img> tags but that is not the problem im going to have a look through my system settings i was just wondering if anyone else had this kind of problem on their site or a site they work on.

thanks

RE: cant click links

so it cant be browser settings, i think it is to do with the code but i cannot see what is wrong. I created that page from a template i have but all the other pages made from that template work fine. Ill see if i can fix it if not ill have to re-write the entire thing? Anyone got any other suggestions?

RE: cant click links

Lets hope you dont have to do a re-write.
I cant see what the problem is either.
I downloaded the page source and all the
<a href's are ok .
Then I thought perhaps your classes on your TD's were doing something odd, but no.

It's wierd, I noticed it happens on your other pages to - some links work and some dont.

I'm sure it is staring us in the face.

Best of Luck

soz!
