display layer over frame
I have a web site having frames.
It has following 3 htmls's (i.e. 3 frames)
top
left
and rest (with scroll)
the top frame(or hrml) displays the layers on "mouse over event"
Due to the frames these layers are not completely visible..it is behind the "rest" frame haveing scroll..
This is so because the height of the layer is more than the height of top frame....
However I want to have it completely visible.
Can any one help me ....
