How can I Auto Size a frame?
I am adding a photo gallary to my web page but was wondering how I can place it into the web page without making frames? Since the gallery is seperate web page. I would like it added into the middle of the page. The web site url is http://www.theofficevm.com . any help would be greatly appreciated

Try using an iframe...you can specify a particular page and set its height and width properties to fit. Here is a link that explains the properties.
