RE: How do i link to a frameset and load a specific page?

Szczepan - i dont think you read my question properly...

Here is my problem. In my navigation i have links like

a href="folder/folder/foder/index.php" target="mainframe">link /a

If I want to link to this page in a email, i could just link to the index.php, but i want it to load in the mainframe with navigation and all. You cant target a frame if you dont have the frameset - u dont in the email.

Any help plz.
