RE: images in title?

I don't think you can - I think it is text only with no HTML tags allowed. What were you wanting to put in the titlebar?

RE: images in title?

I'm not sure that you can. The closest you could get would probably be to st it as the favicon so that it appears in the address bar and on the favorites menu if they bookmark your site.

RE: images in title?

What do you mean by "doesn't support them"?

Won't let you upload them? Won't let you put them in the directory you want to?

RE: images in title?

Another way you can do it is to upload the favicon.ico file to another server or host, and then use a <meta> tag to link that icon to the page. I can't see why they won't support .ico files though. What errors does it give you when you try to upload? What makes you think it won't work?

RE: images in title?

Wouldn't it be possible to upload the icon as a server supported file, and then rename it?

RE: images in title?

what makes me think it won't work is that it's within the faq (what if my host doesn't support ico files?) and i asked my host and they said they don't support them.

RE: images in title?

okay... although i don't expect anything will happen, if they (my host) don't support it then i imagine it'll just be a file taking up space that doesn't actually do anything.
