RE: Insert into form
This should work for you:
Code:
<html>
<head>
<title>Image Tag Insert Tutorial</title>
<script language="javascript">
function insert_image_tag()
{
var tagbody = document.myform.myfield.value;
var imgname = prompt("What is the name of the image?", "Please enter image name here.");
var imgtag = "<img src='" + imgname + "'>";
var tagbody = tagbody + imgtag;
document.myform.myfield.value=tagbody;
}
</script>
</head>
<body>
<h2>Javascript Form Fill Demo</h2>
<form name="myform" action="" method="POST">
<br>
<input type="text" size="50" name="myfield">
<br>
<br>
<input type="button" name="button" value="Click Me" onclick="insert_image_tag()";>
</form>
</body>
</html>
You can see the demo here: http://www.kg4vpv.com/demos/jsputimg.php You will need to modify it accordingly, of course. Yeah, I just wrote that. WITHOUT THE HELP OF CAFFEINE! |
