Is page Available? If yes - load image - if no, dont.
I need to check the availability of a java applet - and then, if it's available, display the applet - and if not - display text taht says applet unavailable.
Any ideas? ----Moved by Postal Cow ---- |

RE: Is page Available? If yes - load image - if no, dont.
I assume you can use the onerror event in an applet as well as in an image. If this event is triggered you can hide the applet through javascript and show some alternative content.
