lpk file

I have used the common dialog control in my online editor. but the control is not responding to any event . my system doesn't have vb installed but i have created the lpk file uploaded it on the web server in a folder have the ocx for the control in the c:/winnt/system32 directory. Also added the object tags for both lpk file and ocx control on the html file. what else should i do so that the control gets to work Any help would be appreciated
