so there is the code... can u tell me whats wrong? it should show view.php on iframe when hovering over the link and clear when mouseout... and if that is totally wrong could u show me code that works?

It looks like you have a quote problem. Try changing the quotes inside of the onMouseOver and onMouseOut values to be single quotes rather than double and removing the quotes around $myrow[id].
