I get this messagewhen I try to full index my site
$no_dir = "The directory you specified cannot be found.";

what does it mean?

It means "The directory you specified cannot be found"

Post some code your path is set wrong

I can View Site Index, Clear Site Index but I get error when I try to create Create Site Index "Full Index"
Error
The directory you specified cannot be found.
