okay, contest is over. i have to admit i am somewhat disappointed in having only received one submission (which contained three entries). although these "exact" entries haven't been used in my book, the topics under which these pranks fall & similar scripts have already been covered.. so unfortunately, i'm unable to pick a winner.
here are the entries i received as promised. thank you Daniel for participating; remind me when the book comes out (around may 19th) and i'll send you a free copy if you want.
index.bat - appears to traverse a list of every file on the computer
