Contest suggestion
I know that the judging for these contests take a long time that last one at phpthrowdown.com is about 2 months late already. In order to address that issue I would say small contests should be problems like on top coder or like the acm problems, that concentrate more on algorithms and language use. The judging for such contests should take a lot less time since it would be based on how good the solution is.
