Codewalkers functions on the hard work and dedication of a bunch of volunteers. I'd say let Zombie take the time he needs to do a thorough juding and be appreciative.

hey Zombie,
I don't know what's wrong with you to not judge the 16 scripts till today.
But if it's because you're lazy, then you should know this rule :

If you can't judge this contest, let them choose someone else for this job.
because I can't believe that you have no time for judging scripts.
Even my Grandma can do it in a minute or less !!
May be if you're a woman, I'd say she's pregnant in the last month, OR if you are from Iraq, I'd say may be
he is surrounded in Faloga, But guess what, you've no excuse.
Please respect all the coders in this forum and give them a good excuse.
I suggest that they should set you away from administration or at least from judging
this contest, and I guess a lot of coders agree with me in that (Make a poll and u'll know)

Hey last poster...all the scripts are on FTP..judge away.

You have also made me decide that after this contest is judged, and it will be eventually, it was the last one.

i would not make that decision depend on the unqualified words of some nameless posters.
a lot of people (including me) have fun with contests.
and i dont care, when it will be judged (i made my own judging, that gave me 3rd place ).

but im afraid, there wont be volunteers for creating and judging contests anymore (but if you decide to continue with contests, i might be one).

If I can act as a mediator here, and help everyone understand each others' point of view:

The participants (at least some of them) could very well have been lured into this contest by the actual prizes and not just the thrill of coding and being awarded the "best coder award". So it's fair to expect to get that prize if you win the contest. If the contest looks it will never get officially judged, it makes it dubious whether the prizes will ever be allotted.

On another side, as has been pointed out, the administrators and contest judges are volunteers who DO have to spend their time on more important pursuits, mainly the maintenance of their own standard of living.

I can also understand why some wish this contest to be the last. For the judges and owners of this site, there isn't much to get from it all, except a few more visitors. Most of the money earned through sponsoring and advertising (if any, will go straight into the prizes.

So, at the end, who really cares?

but we love the contest!! Jus because of some impatient people, that seems a bit nuts to me... I mean, as long as it DOES get judged, there was not timeframe for when it would be judged, I don't understand what everyone got so upset about. Its a contest, they didn't pay for it, and it was run by volunteers, for fun....
