field reordering in mysql - a headache free way
anyone know of a tool I can use to reorder quickly fields in a database table?
also if anyone has any ideas about the best way to code such a tool let me know. I will think of some ideas and post them on this, just wanted to do it, like 5 mins ago! thanks phpmyadmin doesn;t seem to do it! :-(

there is a selection that allows to reorder columns. The current version of this app is a demo. Everything works for 30 days then $49 to register. There used to be a freeware version, then one day they want $49. this will help you out though... give it a try...
